PROMISING ELITE FORMS OF ASIATIC LILIES BRED AT THE FEDERAL STATE BUDGETARY SCIENTIFIC INSTITUTION “I. V. MICHURIN FEDERAL SCIENTIFIC CENTRE”

The paper presents a long-term study of the hybrid fund of Asiatic lilies bred at the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution “I. V. Michurin Federal Scientific Centre”. Phenological observations of the plants growth and development were carried out, the terms of lilies regrowth, budding and flowering were determined. The sums of effective temperatures for each phenological phase were established. Based on a comprehensive study, highly decorative and resistant elite forms that meet breeding requirements were identified. The promising elite forms were characterized by the main decorative, morphological and economically valuable features.
