The paper presents the results on replenishment of the working collection that includes horticultural fruit crops (apple, pear, cherry plum, cherry) from the field genebank – Republican Unitary Enterprise Institute of Fruit Growing of the National Science Academy of Belarus. The collection includes a new ornamental apple cultivar from the Belarusian breeding ‘Karunak’ ‒ derivative of Malus × purpurea; pear cultivar ‘Kallerianuss’ ‒ interspecific hybrid of the Callery pear (Pyrus calleriana) and Ussurian pear (P. ussuriensis); сherry plum cultivar ‘Lama’ ‒ derivative of Prunus cerasifera var. Pissardii; hybrid № 7/4 of Sakhalin cherry obtained from the species Prunus sachalinensis. The selected forms are characterized by winter hardiness, early maturity, resistance to the complex of diseases, abundant annual flowering and fruiting of trees.
