The park of the health resort «Sochi» (Sochi, Russia) is a full-age plantings laid out in the late 1940s. In 2020, a phytosanitary survey of the plantings was carried out by a route method with a detailed examination of individual plants. An entomopathocomplex of ornamental woody plants growing in the health resort has been ascertained; it includes 14 species of insects, 2 species of mites and 17 phytopathogenic fungi. The main reasons for the decrease in decorative effect and drying of plants are regular stagnation of water in the soil due to the lack of drainage, violation of planting rules (deepening of the root neck, planting plants without taking into account their ecological preferences), and because of the presence of the following particularly dangerous pests and pathogens in plantings: Paysandisia archon Burmeister, Lamprodila festiva L., Ganoderma lucidum (Curtis) P. Karst., Phaeolus Schweinitzii (Fr.) Pat., Pseudonectria buxi (DC.) Seifert, Gräfenhan & Schroers.
