Dracocephalum krylovii Lipsky is a narrow – locality endemic to the Kemerovo region. For the first time, a study of its morphobiochemical features was conducted during introduction in the Kuzbass Botanical Garden. The analysis of the results showed that the duration of the vegetation period for the introduced species was 130–150 days. Dracocephalum krylovii belongs to the group of long-term vegetating spring-summer-autumn green plants with a period of winter dormancy. The duration of flowering in the conditions of the Kuzbass Botanical Garden depended on hydrothermal conditions and varied on average from 47 to 56 days. During the flowering period of the introduced plant, the sum of positive temperatures was 650–769 о C. Fruit ripening was in the range from 45 to 54 days. The earliest ripening of fruits was noted in mid-July in 2012 and 2020. Under the conditions of introduction, the species undergoes a full cycle of seasonal development. The seeds ripened, the real seed productivity was 77 %. Biochemical parameters (watersoluble sugars, phenolic compounds, ascorbic acid) and ash content differed by quantitative concentration in Dracocephalum krylovii Lipsky leaves during the growing season. The highest content of ascorbic acid (39.84 mg/100 g) in leaves was noted during the formation of inflorescences (budding phase), the concentration of sugars (2.63 %) and phenolic compounds (1.97 %), ash content (8.26 %) – during fruit ripening (fruiting phase). Experimental data can be used to assess the state and mechanisms of plant adaptation in biomonitoring.
