The accumulation dynamics of ascorbic acid (vitamin C) and rutin (vitamin P) in 3-leaf flushes of Kimyn tea cultivar population was studied using foliar treatments with agrochemicals of regulatory action – sodium humate, rocohumin and bombardier. The content of vitamins C and P in the finished black and green tea, which was produced from raw materials collected from experimental plots, was studied. It was found that all agrochemicals increase the content of ascorbic acid. However, in a year with more favorable conditions for water availability, its highest content was recorded in the variant with rokohumin (207.4 mg/100 g), and in drier conditions – also in the variant with bombardier (157.3 mg/100 g). The dynamics of rutin accumulation is also associated with the influence of hydrothermal conditions of the study period. In the conditions of the foothill zone in the Republic of Adygea, some dependence of rutin accumulation on the precipitation amount was found (r = 0.55–0.65), but a close inverse correlation was revealed between the rutin content in 3-leaf flushes and temperature conditions of vegetation (r = -0.75–0.96). The process of rutin accumulation was influenced by treatment with agrochemicals, the maximum accumulation in flushes treated with rokohumin was (on average 53.2 mg/100 g). In green tea, the content of vitamin C and P is higher than in black tea, which is due to the effect of production technology on the content of biochemical components. The highest amount of vitamin C was recorded in the variant with rokohumin treatment - from 9.65 mg/11 g (in black tea) to 12.00 mg/100 g (in green). More vitamin P was found in ready-made tea (both black and green) in variants with rokogumin (44.0 mg/100 g) and bombardier (43.5 mg/100 g).
