When actinidia is propagated on a commercial scale, there is a low survival rate of regenerate plants at the stage of their adaptation from in vitro conditions to nonsterile ex vitro conditions. This is a stressful stage for plants, which determines their viability. Therefore, various biological products are often used to enhance plant immunity and their adaptive ability. The purpose of our research is to study the effect of biologics on the survival to non–sterile ex vitro conditions of Actinidia genus representatives. At the stage of adaptation, the following biologics were used: zircon (0.25 ml/l); epin-extra (1.0 ml/l); IBA (2.5 g/l). It was shown that under the action of biologics at the stage of adaptation of sterile actinidia plants to ex vitro conditions, the greatest growth and development (shoot length, number of internodes and leaves), as well as survival rate (‘Hayward’ 73.2 %; A. arguta 79.8 %) was obtained using indolyl-3-butyric acid (IBA) in concentrations of 2.5 mg/l. The prospects of actinidia rooting in vitro and microgrowth adaptation without induction of rhizogenesis in vitro were revealed. It was established that when adapting to ex vitro conditions, A. deliciosa microshoots of ‘Hayward’ cultivar without a root system, the highest morphometric indicators, as in the experiment with rooted plants, were obtained in the variant with IBA treatment (2.5 mg/l). The effect of other biological products studied was significantly lower and corresponded to the control level. It was noted that the survival rate of plants, depending on the treatment with drugs, ranged from 36.7 % (control) to 63.2 % (IBA 0.25 mg/l). The exclusion of induction of rhizogenesis in vitro and direct adaptation to ex vitro conditions can accelerate the process of clonal micropropagation and reduce the cost of producing actinidia planting material.
