In pursuance of the legislation of the Russian Federation and in accordance with the operation of international law, authors must have an exclusive copyright to all submitted materials.

It is not allowed to send a paper for review or publication simultaneously in different journals or submit a paper that has already been published in another scientific publication. Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the published information.

The authors guarantee that the journal "Subtropical and ornamental horticulture", as a licensee, is granted non-exclusive rights to use the submitted paper (the guarantee expires if the manuscript is rejected). When readers use materials from papers published in the journal "Subtropical and ornamental horticulture";, a reference to the publication is required.

When submitting materials to a scientific journal, the authors (or a group of authors) realize that they bear the initial responsibility for the novelty and reliability of the results of scientific research, which implies the observance of the following principles:

  1. The authors of a paper must provide reliable results of the research. Obviously erroneous or falsified statements are unacceptable.
  2. Authors must ensure that the results of the study presented in the manuscript provided are completely original. Borrowed fragments or statements must be made out with the obligatory indication of the author and the original source. The presence of borrowing without reference will be considered by the Editorial team as plagiarism.
  3. Co-authors of a paper must indicate all people who have made a significant contribution to the study. Among co-authors it is inadmissible to indicate persons who did not participate in the study.
  4. Authors must respect the work of the Editorial team and reviewers and eliminate any shortcomings or explain them reasonably.
  5. Authors must submit and execute manuscript in accordance with the Rules adopted in the journal.
